A bathroom is the most trade-dense room in a house. Demolition, framing, drywall, taping, waterproofing, tile, flooring and paint all have to happen in order, and each one has to wait for the one before it. When those stages belong to different contractors, the room spends more time empty than worked on.
Every one of those stages is something Iron Peak Construction already does. Framing, drywall, taping, flooring and painting are five of our six services, and they are carried out by the same crew that sets the tile. There is no handover, no waiting for someone else to fit you in, and no argument about whose work caused a problem.
That crew stays on your bathroom until it is finished correctly rather than being pulled onto another site midway. If you also want the flooring carried through the rest of the house while everything is torn up, that is the same crew and the same visit.
