Twenty years on residential jobs in the Salt Lake valley gets you to the point where very little on a house is a surprise, and that is worth more to a homeowner than it sounds — it means we can tell you what a job actually involves before it starts, price it from what is really there, and say plainly when something is not worth doing. It also means we are not in a hurry. We put the crew’s full time on one job and keep them there until the work is right, because twenty years is long enough to know that the jobs people remember are the ones that were done properly rather than the ones that were done fast.
